Rates
- $60.00 single occupancy and $65.00 double occupancy.
- Includes Breakfast and taxes
- Extended stays welcome call for rates.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Policies
- No minimum stay required
- Guest pets are welcome depending on availability & innkeeper’s approval.
- Children are welcome
- Each additional person extra $20.00 per night
- No childcare provided
- Check-in time after 2:00 P.M.
- Check-out time before 11:00 P.M
- Cancellation Policy:
- Beginning October 16, 2008
- A deposit of one night’s room rate is required
- Your credit card or debit card will be charged this amount at the time of the reservation to confirm. The room balance is due upon arrival.
- There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Cancellations
- notice of 48 hours notice prior to reservation date in order for deposit to be refunded.
- $10.00 fee charged on all cancellations for administrative processing.
- NO SHOWS will be charged the entire amount of reservation!
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is limited to outside only.
- All guest rooms and indoor areas of the house are NON SMOKING.
- Candles, incense or open flames of any kind are also prohibited.
- Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a fee for cleaning/loss of use of $200.00 will automatically be applied to your account.
- Other Important Policies
- Additional persons (regardless of age) not specifically named in the reservation are not allowed on premises overnight. Visitors are allowed with prior permission of innkeeper.
